Have you been at the same level for ages? And would you love to get some personal guidance so you can take steps again? Starting mid-April there is the possibility of personal training.

What does it entail?

• ±2 hours of personal training
• Working on your technique (incl. throw analysis)
• Knowledge about how to train the right way now
• Testing all materials (shafts and flights) from L-style
• Fun and new exercises to use at home
• You go home with a personal training schedule

So do you need a throw analysis, want to test materials to find the perfect combo or want more knowledge on training? Then this is what you are looking for!

After following the personal training you will have a better technique, the right equipment and you will know exactly how to train in the right way.

Our location is: Akerkstraat 6 in Groningen (NL) (Café de Witte Raaf)
